Poobah 2026 Details and Artist Lineup
We're very excited for Poobah 2026! It'll be a potluck and BYOB this year, like the Poobahs of yore. Doors open and the entertainment starts at noon. There will be lawn games, a bonfire at dusk, and camping is available. No dogs, please. Bring a chair! $20 is the suggested donation but you can pay what you like. Poobah 2026 is coming up July 25th!
Join us on Saturday July 25th at Pie in the Sky at the New Land Trust in Saranac for our annual summer celebration of music and fun! We’ll have the Zip City blues band, with other acts TBD and an open mic. Bring your friends and a picnic! BYOB. Camping will be available. We will not be charging an admission fee this year. All donations will go to support the New Land Trust and pay for the bands and port-a-potties, so your generosity will be greatly appreciated! You can donate

Youth Equipment Return 5/16/26
Now that winter is definitely over, it's time to return borrowed skis and snowshoes. Someone will be in the Clubhouse from 10am to 12pm Saturday, May 16th to receive the equipment. If you can't make it then, contact Hal Moore at 518-570-5375 to make arrangements. Thanks and happy Spring!

Happy Earth Day 2026
Now that spring has arrived, the trails are calling—and Earth Day week is the perfect time to get outside and explore the New Land Trust! As people head out to observe Earth Day on April 22 and celebrate the first signs of the changes in the landscape that the warmer weather brings, we’re inspired by the many ways folks are giving back to the planet—from planting trees to joining cleanups and making more sustainable choices every day.
